During the last block of school we did a "Cupcake Decorating Challenge". The challenge was to decorate a cupcake easter themed under 15 minutes. The challenge was really fun but it was also a little bit difficult because of the limited supplies we had. I attempted to make a garden with flowers and easter eggs. It didn't turn out the way I wanted it do be but I didn't mind at the end because it still tasted yum.
I am a Year 8 student at Glen Innes School in Auckland, New Zealand. I am in Room 7 and my teacher is Mrs. Tuakoi.

Technology: Sewing Class
Technology: Sewing Class
During technology my class the sewing block had to make an cushion case.. To make the cushion case we had to make a hardcover and 2 fabric squares with any desired pattern. This is what we finished this monday and hopefully next term when we come back we can finish the cushion and the case and have a soft pillow to use during the winter time.

Pobble365: Home Alone Short Story
Pobble 365: Home Alone
“Splish, Splash” The waves crashed. Last year, I had been living in the city. Life there was crazy. People would rush around in the morning trying to get to their destination, and people of all ages would fill the streets. I had grown tired of living in the busy city. Last year I finally decided it was time for a change.
The house sat on a rock in the middle of a lake. Trees and nature surrounded it. Not one single house was in sight. I woke up to the sound of birds chirping. The sun barely shined through the room. I walked out to the porch. The outside had an after rain look, I could smell the smell of the sea. The waves moved at the same rate as the trees. A small grin crept onto my face.

Omaru Creek: Narrative Story
This is my ebook about Omaru Creek. Our task was to make a narrative story book that little kids could read as well. I had a lot of fun making this and I hope to make another one soon.
