Technology: Truffles


On Monday, it was our last class of Food Tech. In celebration we made chocolate covered truffles. The truffles we made included, cocoa powder, raisins, almonds, chocolate and apricots. We learnt a lot of things like how to melt chocolate chips with a microwave and how to combine different ingredients. I found it very fun and I enjoyed making and eating them.
